An exploration of what it feels like to grow up almost Hungarian in Transylvania. A musical suite for remembered words, field recordings and objects playing an improvised csárdás.

Hungarian Suite coalesces some words, some sounds, some dances from my memories of Transylvania and my connection to the Hungarian speaking minority. While learning to speak as an infant, I was drenched in Romanian but also in Hungarian, and the Hungarian Suite is the result of me trying to tap back into that experience. It grows out of parallel roots.
